It’s hard to choose what to try from the grazing menu, but it’s designed for sharing so why not order one of everything? Sit back while a parade of French-Moroccan dishes are laid out before you. Yellowfin tuna crudo with lemon and saffron vinaigrette. Spiced tiger prawns with ginger and turmeric. Chicken liver parfait with pickled currants on toasted brioche.
When it comes to drinks, there’s a selection of adventurous cocktails curated by Maybe Sammy, crisp craft beers and a plethora of natural wines.

Kasbah is available for walk-ins and online bookings; it is accessible through the main hotel entrance on William Street via the hotel staircase.
